Printing Steps
① Design Arrangement
The designs are arranged in the RIP program.
② Printing
The prepared patterns are printed onto the film
③ Powdering
A fine adhesive powder is applied onto the prints
④ Curing
The powdered prints are cured in the oven
⑤ Heat Transfer
Transfer design onto the garment via heat press
⑥ Peeling
After cooling, peel off the transfer film.

I have only had my printer for a few days, I am not new to DTF printing, but I am new to Lancelot.
So far I am extremely impressed both with the quality of the printer build and even more-so with the 24 hour support . They have been very thorough with everything even step by step walking me through the initial setup and getting us up and running in a very short time. Which was crucial for our small business. After researching several options, I have 0 regrets about the Lancelot choice. Prints look amazing and are pressing at the quality we strive for. Great printer all around, and fast delivery!

I previously had a DTF oven. I chose the package without the oven. The Lancelot DTF printer did not disappoint at all. The printing quality was excellent, and the printing speed was actually twice as fast as that of the L1800.

It is quite the process to set this up. But Lancelot puts you in touch with an amazing team to walk you through it step by step. Have only had it for a few weeks but I absolutely love it.
