Before making the purchase, I conducted extensive research and compared different DTF machines. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. It is very easy to operate and almost all the equipment is ready. I have been using this machine for two months and I really like it. It has been of great help to my small business production! The technical service team also taught me how to bake single sheets, and they answered any questions very quickly. Thank you so much!

So the printer is a 5 I purchased the whole combo but if i would have known that i should have purchased just the printer and oven i would have 1 saved money and if your not printing gang sheets the shaker is a waste and plus they give you a hose for the window for tbe oven so the fumes go out but the side is where it cones from so after all the money you spend on machine you still need to buy more.

This printer has been an absolute game changer! Coming from procolored theres absolutely zero comparison between the two. The durability and quality of the printer itself is top notch. My colors are clear and beautiful, my designs are popping off the page and are so incredibly soft on any shirt i put them on. My biggest gripe with the previous equipment was the customer support. Im someone that has a million questions. I have spent all day talking with chat asking about absolutely everything and they were there every step of the way, answering any and all questions I had during and after setup. You can tell you're talking to real people that actually care about your experience and have pride in their product.

I love that it offers 24/7 support. My husband and I had someone guide us through every step of the setup process—they were extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this printer to anyone. It’s definitely a major upgrade from a converted printer. If you're thinking about going the conversion route, don't—save yourself time and money, and just get this printer instead.
