This is such an amazing dtf printer but the tech support is top tier! They patiently guided me on setting it up. Had an issue at the beginning but they sent me the piece and assisted on how to install it. The fact that they have 24 hour assistance accommodating your schedule is also excellent. I’m so glad I ordered this printer as I had a bad experience with another brand with little to no support. BUY THE PRINTER!!!

The M1630 is most amazing printer I've ever used. It sat for well over a week with holiday mode on and all I had to do is wipe the little printed off and then go to the computer and put the white ink back in. if you're looking for a great DTF printer, this is the one.

Here in Mississippi we have had an ice storm. No lights no heat. Since 4-5 days. Today power back on and internet is up. I started my 2 printers did a lil cleaning. And wow they are both printing like a pro.Like nothing ever happened. I love love love my Lancelot Printer.
